With over 25 years of combined experience they decided to continue the family tradition in the asphalt industry which started in 1953 with Monroe Asphalt and Herb Koester, Darren and Kelly’s grandpa. Their father David ('65) has successfully owned and operated Monroe Asphalt located in Toledo, OH for nearly 40 years now. With a long family history in the asphalt industry Darren and Kelly continue to keep the tradition going.
