Mr. Arce joined Marshall & Melhorn in 1992 and is currently a member in the firm's labor and employment law practice group with experience representing employers before state and federal courts, the NLRB, the Industrial Commission of Ohio, the EEOC, the OCRC, labor arbitrators, the Occupational Health and Safety Review Commission, and the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP). Mr. Arce counsels employers concerning federal, state, and local labor and employment laws and regulations, and is a member of the Labor and Employment Law Sections of the American, Ohio State, and Toledo Bar Associations.

Upon graduation from CCHS in 1985, Ray continued his education at the University of Central Catholic where he graduate from in 1989. Ray furthered his education at the University of Michigan where he earned his Law Degree in 1992.
