Tim Dever is a 1977 graduate of CCHS. Upon graduation he continued his education at the University of Toledo where he graduated Cum Laude in 1981 with a Bachelor's degree in Education. Tim furthered his education at the University of Toledo and earned his Law Degree in 1987.

Tim has been married to his wife Christine for 25 years. They have two sons, Jack '04 and Tom '08. Tim has remained very active in the CCHS community since graduating. He has served as President of the CCHS Alumni Assocation (1994-1995), member of the CCHS Board of Directors (2001-2005), Chairman of the CCHS Athletic Hall of Fame (1994-2007), and presently serves as the head coach of the CCHS Men's Tennis Team.

Modern Builders Supply, Inc. was founded in 1944 in Youngstown, OH. What, today, has become the foremost independent building supply wholesaler of the Midwest with over 20 distribution branches, was started in a one-room rented building. The Toledo store is home to a 50,000 sq. ft. showroom for kitchen and bath design that is open to the public.
